An exotic and easy to prepare appetizer to nibble on before a meal with a cool glass of Vallformosa Col-lecció Rosé.

Steam or boil the pods with a pinch of salt and season with half a tablespoon of Sriracha sauce (or chili powder), a tablespoon of soy sauce, salt and pepper. Ready to toast!

SALMON TARTAR

A light and refreshing dish for the summer, easy to prepare and perfect for pairing with Vallformosa Col-lecció Brut Nature Reserva.

Cut a piece of smoked salmon into cubes (150 gr) and dress with 2 tablespoons of EVOO, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, the juice of half a lemon, a teaspoon of mustard and a pinch of pepper. Serve with an avocado cut into strips and enjoy!

BURRATA WITH PEAR

A light salad with a surprising twist to delight your guests just like a glass of Vallformosa Col-lecció Brut Reserva.

It is a very simple preparation full of contrasts: on a green base of tender shoots or lamb's lettuce, place the burrata and sliced pear, as well as some thinly sliced cured beef. For a final crunchy touch, add toasted sesame and hand-chopped raw almonds. Delicious!
