Maceration or fruit extraction<\/strong>
\nFor Vallformosa Lemon Spritz<\/a> and Vallformosa Orange Spritz<\/a>, we carefully macerate the fruit to capture all its essence. For Vallformosa Bellini<\/a>, we extract the peach juice from the natural fruit, seeking its perfect sweetness.<\/p>\n

Blending with white wine, carbonation and isobaric bottling<\/strong>
\nWe combine these juices with a selected white wine, which adds freshness and balance. The entire blend is carbonated with CO\u2082 to achieve those fine and delicate bubbles which truly make a distinctive difference. We then bottle the mixture with isobaric pressure to ensure that every sip retains its freshness.
