5.1 GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS<\/p>\n

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007 of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, the Customer has a withdrawal period of 15 (fifteen) calendar days from receipt of the goods by the Customer, by completing the following form<\/a><\/strong>. The product must be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal notification.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Products must be returned properly protected, in their original packaging and in perfect condition for resale.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

No parcel will be accepted if it lacks any of the sender\u2019s identifying details (first name, surname, address, order number). The return of the products or services requested will give rise to a refund of all amounts paid by the Customer.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

These amounts will be paid to the user within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days after the order is received at VALLFORMOSA\u2019s premises. Refunds of amounts paid will always be issued using the same payment method used by the Customer.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In all cases, an email will be sent to the Customer informing them of the refund.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

As a general rule, return shipping costs are borne by the Customer. This excludes returns arising from an error by VALLFORMOSA or from a defect in the product, in which case the provisions of clause 5.3 below shall apply.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Cash-on-delivery shipments will not be accepted.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In accordance with banking legislation, refunds cannot be made to credit cards whose expiry date has passed. In such cases, VALLFORMOSA reserves the right to request from the Customer all the information necessary to process the corresponding refund.<\/p>\n

5.2 HOW TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER<\/p>\n

If you have already completed your purchase and wish to cancel your order, and you have not yet received it, please contact ecommerce@vallformosa.com<\/a> <\/strong>immediately or call (+34) 938 978 286.<\/strong><\/p>\n

If the order has not yet been dispatched, it will be cancelled and the full purchase amount will be refunded using the same method you used to make the payment.<\/p>\n

If the parcel has already been dispatched, you will need to wait until you receive it in order to return it in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase.<\/p>\n

5.3 FAULTY PRODUCT OR ORDER<\/p>\n

At VALLFORMOSA we regularly taste the batches we ship, and we have a high product turnover, which allows us to detect any anomaly. It is possible, however, that a bottle may not reach its destination in good condition. In that case, we will replace it with another at no cost, without prejudice to the provisions of clause 5.1 above.<\/p>\n

In such a case, VALLFORMOSA undertakes to replace the faulty product with an identical one or to refund the amount, covering the return and subsequent shipping costs where applicable.<\/p>\n

Our shipping packaging is designed to prevent breakages and our partners are well aware of how fragile the product is, but a breakage may still occur.<\/p>\n
