Next comes a second fermentation, also in stainless steel tanks, using the Charmat method. This results in a fresh, elegant, and pleasant sparkling wine.

View: pale pink color with violet tones, clean and bright.
Aromas: notes of red fruits reminiscent of strawberry, raspberry, combined with hints of citrus.
Taste: Smooth entry, with fine and pleasant bubbles. It presents a balanced acidity that provides freshness, volume, and a long and pleasant aftertaste.
