How it is made?

Maceration or fruit extraction
For Vallformosa Lemon Spritz and Vallformosa Orange Spritz, we carefully macerate the fruit to capture all its essence. For Vallformosa Bellini, we extract the peach juice from the natural fruit, seeking its perfect sweetness.

Blending with white wine, carbonation and isobaric bottling
We combine these juices with a selected white wine, which adds freshness and balance. The entire blend is carbonated with CO₂ to achieve those fine and delicate bubbles which truly make a distinctive difference. We then bottle the mixture with isobaric pressure to ensure that every sip retains its freshness.
