Many people already know them, have tried them, and know that they are refreshing and different… but now it’s time to tell you exactly why they are so special.

SPRITZ? WHAT’S THAT?

Spritz is a drink that combines the best of two worlds: the intense and natural flavour of fruit with the freshness and elegance of bubbles. Perfect for sharing on a terrace, at the beach or anytime you want something refreshing, different and that everyone will adore.

HOW IS IT MADE?

  1. Maceration or fruit extraction

For Vallformosa Lemon Spritz and Vallformosa Orange Spritz, we carefully macerate the fruit to capture all its essence.

For Vallformosa Bellini, we extract the peach juice from the natural fruit, seeking its perfect sweetness.

 

  1. Blending with white wine

We combine these juices with a selected white wine, which adds freshness and balance.

 

  1. Carbonation and isobaric bottling

The entire blend is carbonated with CO₂ to achieve those fine and delicate bubbles which truly make a distinctive difference. We then bottle the mixture with isobaric pressure to ensure that every sip retains its freshness.

Here’s how to make the perfect serve for our cocktails to enjoy them like a real professional:

What do you need?

  • Champagne glass or large wine glass.
  • Can be served with a single big ice cube or without ice.
  • Thin slice of fresh peach.

Preparation

  • Add ice.
  • Serve Vallformosa Bellini cold (4-6°C).
  • Add a slice of peach.
  • TIP: For a sophisticated touch, add an eatable flower petal.

What do you need?

  • Tall wine glass or Pompadour glass.
  • Big ice cubes.
  • Thin slice of lemon and fresh basil leaf.

Preparation

  • Fill the glass with plenty of ice.
  • Serve the Vallformosa Lemon Spritz cold (4-6°C).
  • Add the slice of lemon to enhance the citrus flavor.​
