Our Bellini stands out for the natural character of its fruit: a light wine with fine bubbles, high-quality peach purée that delivers a silky texture, and just the right amount of sugar and carbonated water. The result is a balanced, fresh, and highly enjoyable drink.

Base: Selected wine and peach juice.

Ingredients: Wine, peach juice from concentrate, carbonated water, sugar, and natural flavors.

Alcohol content: 8% ABV.

Format: 750 ml.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Notes: Gently shake before opening to homogenize the fruit pulp.

Appearance: Soft orange-yellow color, with a natural haze from the fruit juice. Delicate, creamy bubbles.

Nose: Intense, indulgent aroma of ripe peach, with sweet nectarine-like notes and subtle floral hints.

Palate: Smooth and velvety on entry, with a perfect balance between fruity sweetness and sparkling freshness. Long, soft, and highly pleasant finish.

Preparation: Gently turn the bottle before serving to fully integrate the peach juice.

Glass: Flute (to enhance elegance) or a wide wine glass.

Temperature: Serve very cold, between 3 °C and 5 °C.

The Twist: Garnish with a thin slice of fresh peach or a raspberry at the bottom of the glass for an elegant visual contrast.
