Orange Spritz

Our Orange Spritz is carefully crafted to combine freshness and character: a young, well-balanced white wine, natural aromas of ripe orange, and a touch of gentian, all topped with carbonated water and just the right amount of sugar. The result is a fresh beverage with fine bubbles and a perfectly balanced sweet-bitter profile.

Base: Selected white wine.

Ingredients: Wine, carbonated water, sugar, natural orange flavor, and natural gentian flavor.

Alcohol content: 8% ABV.

Format: 750 ml.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Appearance: Bright, intense orange.

Nose: A complex bouquet with citrus notes of orange and a botanical, earthy, slightly spiced background from the gentian.

Palate: Smooth and fruity on entry, evolving into an elegant, balanced bitterness. Clean, dry, and refreshing finish, with a lingering herbal note that invites another sip.

Glass: Large wine glass or Spritz glass filled with ice.

Temperature: Serve very chilled, between 4 °C and 6 °C.

The Twist: Garnish with a slice of fresh orange (you can gently squeeze the peel over the rim to release its oils) and optionally add a green olive for a subtle saline touch.
