Alcoholic content: 12% Vol.

Process of elaboration

Harvest: We carefully select Syrah grapes, harvested in mid-September to ensure optimal ripeness.

Fermentation: Maceration of 8 hours in stainless steel, controlled fermentation in French oak barrels at 16ºC, 3 months of resting with bâtonnage, clarification, filtering and refining in the bottle for 3 months.

Tasting

View: A rosy hue with reddish tones and hints of blue, revealing vivacity and youth.

Aromas: A complex aromatic intensity reminiscent of ripe red fruits (cherry, strawberry, and raspberry) complemented by subtle notes of vanilla from the French oak barrels.

Taste: Pleasant entry, structured body, notes of caramelised red fruits and fresh wood, with a long aftertaste.

Pairing

This gastronomic rosé wine harmonizes perfectly with a wide variety of meats, both white and red, whether grilled or stewed. It is also ideal with oily fish, seafood, and oysters.
