Spritz is the drink that combines the best of both worlds: the intense, natural flavour of fruit with the freshness and elegance of bubbles. Light, refreshing, and cool. True to who we are, but with new codes.
Blending with white wine, carbonation and isobaric bottling
We combine these juices with a selected white wine, which adds freshness and balance. The entire blend is carbonated with CO₂ to achieve those fine and delicate bubbles which truly make a distinctive difference. We then bottle the mixture with isobaric pressure to ensure that every sip retains its freshness.
