Harvest: The White Grenache comes from the high altitude area of Terra Alta (+350 m), which gives it greater freshness and elegance. The grapes are harvested during the second half of September. It is a rustic variety, well adapted to drought and not very fertile soils.

Fermentation: Cold skin maceration and static racking. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a strictly controlled temperature of 16°C to preserve and enhance the aromatic profile of the grapes.

View: Pale yellow colour with greyish reflections.

Aromas: Intense aromas of pear and stone fruit, such as nectarine, accompanied by notes of white flowers (jasmine) and a subtle spicy nuance.

Taste: Fresh wine with citrus notes of orange peel, accompanied by pear, nectarine and delicate spicy hints of anise and lavender. Elegant and persistent finish.

Its fragrant notes make it ideal to accompany a Milanese risotto, salmon with quinoa, or a goat cheese salad.
