After fermentation of the grapes, a base white wine is obtained. The wine is then dealcoholized through low-temperature vacuum distillation, preserving its aromatic and sensory profile. The process is completed with final adjustment of the organoleptic profile, pasteurization, and isobaric bottling to ensure stability and quality. The result is a fresh, balanced 0.0 wine with a Mediterranean character.
