Vallformosa Vermouth
Spritz White

Our Vermut Spritz Blanco combines wine, vermouth and a selection of aromatic botanicals. The wine base provides freshness and structure, while the botanicals bring herbal and spicy notes. A fine carbonation completes the blend, adding light and persistent bubbles.

Base: Wine and vermouth.

Ingredients: Wine, vermouth, aromatic botanicals and carbonated water.

Alcohol content: 8% Vol.

Format: 750 ml.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Appearance: Pale green and bright, with fine, persistent bubbles.

Nose: Aromatic and expressive, with herbal and spicy notes and distinctive botanical vermouth aromas.

Palate: Smooth and refreshing, with a harmonious balance between sweetness, freshness and bitterness. Long, elegant and refreshing finish.

Glass: Large wine glass or Spritz glass filled with plenty of ice.

Temperature: Serve well chilled, between 4 °C and 6 °C.

The Twist: Garnish with a slice or peel of orange to enhance its herbal and spicy notes.

Food Pairing: Ideal as an aperitif and to enjoy with tapas, olives, nuts, mild cured meats and other snacks.
