Harvest: Grape harvesting is done entirely by hand. Chardonnay grapes are harvested at the end of August, followed by Xarel·lo grapes in mid-September.

Fermentation: The first fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. The second fermentation occurs in the bottle following the Traditional Method.

Aging: The wine ages for an average period of 28 months on its lees.

View: A pale yellow color and green highlights. On its surface, very fine and persistent bubbles are observed, forming a delicate crown, adding an elegant touch.

Aromas:It combines fresh notes of pear, apple, citrus and floral hints, along with roasted and nutty nuances derived from lees contact.

Taste: Powerful, fresh, creamy and tasty, with balanced acidity, integrated bubbles and a long, dry and pleasant finish.

It is a great choice for rice dishes, seafood, Iberian ham, cheeses, desserts, as well as dishes made with white meats and poultry.
